The domestic beef tripe is plump and tender, sourced directly from the Shibaura meat market! The motsunabe is warm and delicious enough to blow away the cold, and you can choose from a variety of flavors, including mentaiko tonkotsu, the classic soy sauce, and miso, so you can enjoy a variety of different flavors.
