We serve A5-rank Kuroge Wagyu beef and exquisite offal at reasonable prices, ensuring quality and hygiene by never using frozen meat! Our staff is happy to recommend the best cuts to suit your preferences, so please feel free to ask! In addition to meat, we also offer homemade appetizers and seafood. We also have a wide selection of carefully curated drinks, including 'Tora Makgeolli' and wine. We offer three types of courses with all-you-can-drink options, perfect for banquets, so please be sure to take advantage of them.
We offer A5 rank Japanese black beef, including Sendai beef, Yamagata beef, and Hitachi beef. We procure our beef without freezing it, so we can offer you the original flavor of the ingredients! Depending on the cut, our meat is aged for one week to one month, which is delicious. We also offer several rare cuts, such as Kainomi, which has fine marbling, and Katasankaku, which is lean meat with strong marbled meat and rich flavor. We cook our meat in a roaster, so it cooks evenly and anyone can grill it easily.
We have a wide selection of our proud offal, which allows you to eat delicious meat while also getting plenty of nutrition. We have a wide selection to choose from, from the standard cuts such as our recommended "Wagyu salted offal," "numbness," and "pork breast," to rare cuts! Please enjoy our rare offal. In addition, all of our dishes and dressings are homemade! We also recommend our "beef tongue curry," which is tender and flaky after being simmered for several days, and "hiyashi-men." The legendary "Tiger Makgeolli" must be kept refrigerated. At Gyusam, you can enjoy a glass of this drink, which is only sold to stores that have passed rigorous inspections to ensure that their refrigeration facilities are perfect. When you think of makgeolli, you might imagine a sweet taste, but this makgeolli has a crisp, dry taste that is perfect with yakiniku! Take this opportunity to try it. We also have a wide variety of carefully selected wines, sake that goes well with meat, and classic beers and highballs. Enjoy them with your delicious meat.
Our restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere and offers table seating and sunken kotatsu seats where you can stretch your legs. The sunken kotatsu seats can seat up to 20 people, making it perfect for banquets and girls' nights. We also offer a two-hour all-you-can-drink course starting from 4,500 yen, which can be ordered for groups of four or more! Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
