At our restaurant, we are particular about chicken, which is essential for grilled dishes! We use Miyazaki brand chicken, Kirishima Chicken. The meat is firm and has a good color and luster. It is a carefully selected ingredient with little of the typical chicken odor. It is shipped directly from Miyazaki by air, so it stays fresh! The restaurant has a total of 39 seats, and has a warm retro feel.
