If you do not cancel, the following charges will be billed to you (actual charges are subject to the information on the voucher after booking): The following cancellation policy applies to reservations for 2 or more guests. If the number of guests decreases after arrival, or if the full party does not arrive before closing, a cancellation fee of 5,000 JPY per person will be charged. There is no charge for cancellations made the day before or on the day of the reservation if you notify us. * Guests who fail to show up without notice 2 or more times will be automatically treated as a cancellation by our restaurant.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
