Our most popular premium beef motsunabe (offal hot pot), yakitori carefully skewered and charcoal-grilled daily, specialty dishes like our homemade tofu, and fresh seasonal sashimi including bluefin tuna—all for just 850 JPY per person for a 3-item platter!! We rotate our selection of carefully curated sake every week, featuring brands like Juyondai, Jikon, Aramasa, and Hiroki. We recommend the Yamakashi Satisfying Set (2,200 yen (for 2 people or more)), which is a set of Yamakashi's top three most popular dishes: "3 kinds of sashimi", "3 skewers of your choice", and "Premium beef offal hotpot". This is a sure hit for both first-time customers and regulars! Please enjoy our carefully prepared dishes, which use seasonal fresh fish delivered directly from Toyosu for sashimi, Kirishima chicken delivered directly from Kyushu for yakitori, and A5-grade Wagyu beef offal for the offal hotpot! *If sashimi is out of stock, it will be replaced with a salad.
We offer 6 different courses! Prices start from 4,500 yen, so please feel free to contact us about your budget. There are 3 types of courses: Matsu, Take, and Ume. We highly recommend the Take Course, where you can enjoy grilled Kirishima chicken skewers and choose a motsunabe hotpot. You can choose from 2 or 3 hours of all-you-can-drink, so you can choose according to various occasions! Perfect for year-end parties and other banquets.
We stock popular brands of alcohol that go well with the food. The "sake" menu changes weekly with local sakes such as Juyondai, Jikon, Aramasa, and Toroki. For "shochu," you can keep a 1.8L bottle of Yawata, Isami, Sato, Murao, and more. Other standard beers available include Sapporo Black Label and long-aged Kohaku Yebisu. We also have a wide variety of plum wines, such as lemonade plum wine, melon plum wine, mango plum wine, and banana plum wine, so that women and those who don't like alcohol can easily drink them.
Yamakashi Kokubunji is located about a 5-minute walk from Kokubunji Station. The interior of the restaurant has subdued lighting and a high-quality space that overturns the image of a yakitori restaurant. There are counter and table seats available. Please come to the restaurant for various occasions, such as a quick drink by yourself after work, an everyday drinking party, or various banquets such as welcome and farewell parties. We also accept reservations for the entire restaurant from 35 people, so please feel free to use it with a group! Please enjoy a fun time in our spacious restaurant.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
