Starting in the new fiscal year, we will be changing the name of our restaurant (Suolo Nihonbashi) and renovating. The contents will not change, so please feel free to come and visit us. We offer seasonal delicacies and cooking methods that suit the ingredients. We also have a wide selection of drinks, including carefully selected wines. Please enjoy a relaxing time in our relaxing, sophisticated hideaway space. Depending on the season, meals on the terrace are also special. I would almost like to cook outside if I could. Haha.
Our pizzas are baked in a stone oven. We recommend the "Pizza Bosso," which allows you to taste the seasonal charms of Boso in one pizza. Bosso's most recommended pizza brings together the deliciousness of the four seasons of Boso in one pizza. Please enjoy our proud oven-baked pizza. We also have a wide selection of pizzas and dishes made with plenty of seasonal Boso ingredients sourced from all over Chiba.
"BOSSO" is a hideaway restaurant located in a back alley, with rows of wine bottles lined up inside. It is a calm, mature space. In addition to table seats, we also have counter seats and terrace seats. At the counter seats in the open kitchen, you can enjoy watching the pizza and other dishes being prepared. We can flexibly accommodate seating according to the number of guests. We also accept reservations for private parties depending on the occasion! How about using it for a welcome or farewell party or other banquet?
Throughout the year, we offer wild boar, deer and other Boso game dishes from a fisherman's workshop in Kimitsu. Our "Homemade Bolognese" made with wild boar and Sakura-grown shiitake mushrooms is a spicy dish that goes well with meals and alcohol. The hearty wild boar meat goes perfectly with the sauce. Our carbonara pasta made with bamboo charcoal from Togane is not only delicious, but also visually appealing. We also have a wide variety of other dishes using seasonal Boso ingredients.
We have over 40 types of beer (red, white and sparkling), with a focus on carefully selected Italian wines! We also have seasonal brands available. In addition to beer, we also offer a variety of other drinks, including homemade sangria, cocktails and after-dinner drinks. We also have an all-you-can-drink menu, and guests who order the party course can also enjoy Yebisu draft beer and sparkling wine! - If the restaurant is busy, we will not be able to accommodate seating requests. Reservations for children require prior consultation. If a seat is required for a child, we will accommodate the request as a regular reservation. Please inquire about strollers. There is a minimum food and drink charge when using strollers. Please confirm. If you are not present within one hour of your scheduled meeting, your reservation will be canceled.
- *Reservations are accepted from Monday to Sunday, on public holidays, and on the day before public holidays.
- Restaurant service charge (charged separately at the time of payment for dining in the restaurant): For à la carte reservations, a Kobelco charge of 500 yen will be applied. *The above information is for reference only. Local rates will take precedence over actual rates.
- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to show up, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure. If you do not cancel, the following fees will be charged to you (the actual fee will be determined by the information on the certificate provided after booking): The following cancellation policy applies to reservations for two or more people. Cancellations on the day are ¥4,400 per person (including changes to the number of people). *During busy times, we may limit seating to two hours. Also, as we are currently operating with limited seating, the minimum charge per person is ¥5,500. If light meals or other items are not available, an additional seating fee will be charged. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

If you need to change your order, please contact KKday customer service. However, please note that the decision on whether to allow changes to your order rests with KKday and the restaurant, so please fill out your order details carefully.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Notwithstanding anything contained in KKday's Terms of Use, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will do its best to assist you, but please note that we cannot take any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
