This is a restaurant with a genuine focus on food, run by a head chef who used to work at a Ginza restaurant. We only use ingredients that the head chef has carefully selected in terms of season and origin. Our signature ingredient, hairy crab, is delivered by air freight. Our restaurant is suitable for a variety of occasions, including year-end and New Year parties, memorial services, and banquets, as well as birthdays and anniversaries. Tatami seating is also available, so families can come and enjoy a relaxing meal.
With 40 years of experience, we carefully select and purchase the most delicious ingredients of the day from all over Japan, mainly from Hokkaido, depending on the season. When you think of high-quality ingredients, you might imagine that they are expensive, but they are delivered directly from the source, so they are naturally fresh and delicious! And best of all, they are cheap! Come to Kanizaru, where you can enjoy crab and fugu dishes to your heart's content, as they are fresh, delicious, and cheap!

Our restaurant serves not only crab dishes, but also a variety of other dishes. Among them, we would like to recommend our "meat dishes"! Taking advantage of the "skills" of our head chef, who has been a chef for 40 years, all of our meat is "knife-cut". Meat dishes cut by knife, which is now very rare, have a texture that is completely different from that cut by machine, and are 20% more delicious! Please give our knife-cut meat dishes a try!

- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to show up, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure, otherwise we will charge you the following fees (the actual fees will be governed by the information on the certificate after booking): We do not have a cancellation policy.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
