Kurobuta Shabu-shabu Ajito Sangenjaya Branch is a 5-minute walk from Sangenjaya Station. The star of the menu is shabu-shabu featuring Kagoshima Kurobuta (Roppaku Kurobuta) cooked in a special dashi broth, known for its sweet, light fat and high-quality flavor. We also offer a rich selection of Kurobuta dishes, horse sashimi, and Kanoya kanpachi. Our homemade char siu, minced meat cutlets, and bite-sized gyoza are also popular. We have a wide variety of dishes, including Kurobuta sukiyaki, sesame-marinated kanpachi, and seasonal specialties. Premium whiskeys such as Yamazaki 12 Year Old are also available. Private rooms are available, and we are open until 5:00 AM. We also have a great selection of finishing dishes and snacks.
We serve shabu-shabu made with Kagoshima Prefecture's "Rokuhaku Kurobuta" pork. The pork is raised on sweet potatoes, and is characterized by its sweet fat and refreshing taste. Please enjoy the original broth slowly. You can also add "mizuna" or "shiitake mushrooms" to the hotpot to suit your taste. We also have a wide range of other menu items, including the popular "horse sashimi" shipped directly from Kumamoto, snacks to go with alcohol, sashimi, fried foods, and desserts.
Our restaurant is easily accessible, just a 3-minute walk from Sangenjaya Station. We welcome you in a relaxed atmosphere. We have a variety of spaces available, including fully private rooms for 4-8 people, semi-private rooms for up to 20 people, and open, glass-walled seats. The first floor is non-smoking, and the second floor is smoking, so smokers and families with children can visit with peace of mind. We cater to a variety of occasions, from workplace parties and everyday use to solo and large group use.
We also offer a wide variety of drinks, including beer, cocktails, wine, and sake. Our lineup of shochu and whiskey is particularly extensive, including rare varieties that are hard to find. You can enjoy premium flavors such as the elegant "Yamazaki 12 Year" and the delicate "Hibiki." We also recommend seasonal fruit sours such as the Kyushu-only "Sakurajima Ko Mikan Chuhai" and "Shine Muscat Sour."
We also have a wide selection of courses with shabu-shabu as the main dish! You can choose according to your budget and the amount of food you want to have, and we can accommodate a variety of occasions. We have a wide variety of dishes available, from appetizers to a la carte dishes and desserts. For special occasions, we recommend the slightly luxurious "Japanese Black Beef Shabu-shabu" ◎ Also, if you make a reservation by the day before, we can prepare a dessert plate with a message on it.
