All of our chefs are certified as special chefs, the highest qualification for Chinese cuisine chefs recognized by the Chinese government. In addition to the popular "Mapo Tofu," please enjoy our proud Chinese cuisine, which is finished with the graceful pan-frying, knife skills, and delicate yet bold seasoning that only a special chef can offer, such as "xiaolongbao" hand-wrapped by a dim sum chef, "stir-fried spare ribs with black vinegar," "whole carp in sweet and sour sauce," "stir-fried king crab with spicy sauce," and "excellent shark fin braised in fine water."
Our restaurant offers a unique style of Chinese cuisine called "Tohoku cuisine," which has been influenced by the cultures of neighboring countries such as the Korean Peninsula, Russia, and Mongolia. It is characterized by fermenting ingredients to make them last longer, using a lot of spices, and popular use of lamb. You can enjoy the unique flavors of Tohoku cuisine with a wide range of dishes on the menu, such as "fried pork with sweet and sour sauce," "spine ribs stewed in soy sauce," "pork thigh bones stewed with pickled Chinese cabbage," and "whole fried lamb's leg."
A wide range of traditional Chinese alcoholic beverages, such as "Lao Long Kou", "Hong Xing Er Guotou", "Jin Liu Fu" and "Shaoxing Wine", can be enjoyed by the glass. The rich freshly squeezed juices made from fresh fruit such as corn, banana and dragon fruit are recommended for families.
