Eiji was opened in 2002 by Marufuji Eiko, founder of Sichuan Province, who wanted to pass on the "Sichuan home cooking" passed down to her by her grandmother. Using "Szechuan pepper" and "chili peppers" flown in from Sichuan Province, you can enjoy the "authentic taste" of the local chefs. The "Dry Dandan Noodles" that we created are particularly popular, with their numbing sensation and spiciness that will have you hooked ◎ It is a dish that has been the subject of much media attention. The open interior of the restaurant offers convenient tables and private rooms. Please feel free to stop by♪
We have a course to satisfy your desire to eat Chinese food to your heart's content. The "Hana Course" includes 11 dishes including Sichuan dishes such as "Fufu Lung Piece" and "Hongyu Gyoza", stir-fried dishes, and the popular Dandan noodles. This is a highly recommended plan that you can enjoy from start to finish! For those who want to enjoy it reasonably, there is also the "Raku Course" where you can enjoy classic Chinese dishes for 2,800 yen. All courses can be added with all-you-can-drink for an additional 1,500 yen. Great for drinking parties too♪
We use "Szechuan pepper" and "chili peppers" flown in from Sichuan Province to deliver the authentic mala flavor! The must-try is the "Dry Dandan Noodles" which has been featured in the media. It's an irresistible dish with an addictive spiciness and numbness! Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
