Among them, the "tongue shabu" is a must-try dish. The soup is based on milk and accented with pepper and ginger, and goes perfectly with the tongue! The specialty "boiled tongue" is a flavorful dish with bonito stock. Try it with chopped wasabi. For sashimi, we use extremely fresh fish directly sourced from Toyosu and fishing ports. Our restaurant is located on the first basement floor. Although it is located in the middle of an office district, it has a homey atmosphere and many regular customers. We offer a space where everyone who works hard every day can take a break and relax, as if they were coming home. The seats are spaced far apart, so you can relax without having to be tense. We aim to provide warm and friendly service, and our staff will sometimes see you off back to the ground level when you leave.
