Since our establishment in 1998, we have been using specially selected Sendai beef thanks to our long-standing relationships with meat suppliers. Our most popular dish is the "Special 3-Kind Sendai Beef Platter," which includes rare cuts such as the kainomi and tomo-sankaku. Our secret homemade sauce, which has been passed down since our establishment, brings out the delicious flavor of the meat.
