The taste of 'Niimura' is defined not only by our carefully selected Kagoshima black pork but also by our deep commitment to cooking methods. Our greatest feature is our unique 'two-stage heating' process. After quickly deep-frying the surface, we slowly cook it through in an oven. This process significantly reduces the excess oil absorbed by the breading. Because it contains less oil, you can enjoy a hearty, healthy meal that is surprisingly light.
This all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu plan uses the delicious pork that can only be found at a tonkatsu specialty restaurant. You can have as much pork and vegetables as you want! Please enjoy our special shabu-shabu served with soba broth!
Depending on the season, we purchase the highest quality cabbage from all over Japan. Cabbage contains ingredients that break down oil, so it goes exceptionally well with pork cutlets. We also offer dressings, but you can also enjoy the blissful taste of pouring our homemade sauce over the cabbage and sandwiching the pork cutlet between the cabbage.
This is Niimura's unique method of deep frying in high-temperature oil and then cooking in an oven. This allows excess oil to drain off, making it a healthy option.
