At Oden Kappo Hide, you can enjoy handmade oden all year round. The broth is made with kelp and shaved bonito flakes, and is simply seasoned with salt and a little soy sauce as the base. You can choose from about 60 types of ingredients, including the classic daikon radish, as well as elaborate homemade dishes such as rolled cabbage, ganmodoki, and fish balls.
