Our most popular menu item is the "Original Gamjatang," made by slowly and carefully stewing pork backbone to create the soup. The sesame seeds that give the dish its flavor are imported from a contracted farm in Korea, and the mild spiciness is addictive. All of the dishes served at Sonam, including the original Gamjatang, are handmade! Our motto is to be particular about the ingredients, cooking methods, and even the original blend of sauces. Our specialty, cheese samgyeopsal, is a very popular dish that boasts plenty of cheese and thick meat! Enjoy the freshly grilled pork belly meat mixed with hot, melty cheese. We also recommend pairing it with lettuce, perilla leaves, and green onion salad. You can add pork for 1,595 yen per portion. This dish is perfect for all kinds of banquets, such as year-end and New Year parties and girls' nights, as it is a dish that can be enjoyed with friends. We accept orders for two or more people. The broth, made by simmering a whole domestic chicken, is simple yet has a deep flavor! "Dak-gan-mari hotpot" is a hotpot similar to Korean mizutaki, characterized by a thick soup packed with the delicious flavor of chicken. The flavors of vegetables that warm the body, such as garlic and green onions, add a lingering accent to the hotpot ◎ You can enjoy the hotpot until the end by choosing from the great value courses such as the "Beauty Course" for 4,480 yen and the "Health Course" for 4,980 yen ♪
