If your trip exceeds the scheduled time due to changes or additions to your destinations or traffic congestion, you will be charged an additional fee. Please pay the fee to the driver in local currency (NT$) at the end of the charter.
The driver does not double as a guide. They will only provide basic directions (unless you request a guide to get off the bus).

In the event of delays due to traffic conditions, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances, we may cancel visits to some spots. In such cases, please contact customer service. We will process a partial refund in accordance with our policy.
In the event of bad weather such as a typhoon or snowstorm, you will be notified by email one day before departure (17:30 local time) whether the trip will be cancelled or not.
To avoid delays to your trip, please be at the designated location 5 minutes early. We cannot wait for latecomers.
If your flight is cancelled due to a typhoon, you will not be charged a cancellation fee if you submit a certificate of cancellation due to a typhoon to us in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
