The company provides infant seats, child seats, booster seats, pet-friendly, and placard services. The fees are as stated below and are payable to the driver on site.
Children under 4 years old are required by law to ride in a safety seat. Each child seat costs NT$ 200. Please note this in your order and pay to the driver on site. (Please note the age of the child)
Taiwan law stipulates that children under the age of 4 must sit in child seats. If they refuse to sit, the driver has the right to refuse to carry the passenger and no refund will be given. Pets must be kept in cages throughout the ride to ensure driving safety and prevent pets from being nervous due to unfamiliar environments. The additional pet pick-up fee is NT$200. Please note it in the order and pay it to the driver on site.
Please pay the additional fee for multiple drop-offs to the driver on site. An additional fee of NT$ 200 - NT$ 1,000 will be charged. The actual fee will be attached to the receipt.
If the waiting time exceeds 60 minutes for airport pick-up or 15 minutes for airport drop-off, and the driver is still waiting on site and agrees to pick you up, an additional waiting fee of NT$ 300 - NT$ 500 will be charged depending on the waiting time. Please pay it to the driver on site.
If you have any special needs for the airport pick-up sign, please inform us in the remarks when ordering (for example: company name, Chinese name or nickname, etc.). An additional sign fee of NT$ 200 will be charged, which can be paid to the driver on site.
Special holidays and consecutive holidays require an additional surcharge of 300 (such as New Year's Day/228 consecutive holidays/Tomb-Sweeping Day consecutive holidays/Dragon Boat Festival consecutive holidays/51 Labor Day/Mid-Autumn Festival consecutive holidays/Double Tenth consecutive holidays).
