What You Can Expect

- 1. [Reception]: Walk-ins are welcome! If you have trouble finding us, please call us for assistance. After arrival, please show your KKday booking screen to our staff. We will then explain our shop rules and guide you to select your kimono.
- 2. [Kimono Selection] You can choose from our entire collection, including popular lace kimonos and antique styles. With a wide range of genres—retro-modern, muted tones, simple, mode, classic patterns, chic, pop, lace, and solid colors—you are sure to find the perfect kimono to match your preference and style.
- 3. [Dressing/Hair Styling] Our professional dressers provide quick and beautiful dressing tailored to your needs—whether it is comfortable dressing for sightseeing or secure, elegant dressing for ceremonies like graduation or coming-of-age events. All necessary tools are provided, so you do not need to bring anything. For hair styling, our stylists will create a look that complements your kimono based on your hair length and texture. Many of our staff members hold national certifications in kimono dressing or have experience in bridal and talent agency hair styling.

[Dressing/Hair Styling] Our professional dressers provide quick and beautiful dressing tailored to your needs—whether it is comfortable dressing for sightseeing or secure, elegant dressing for ceremonies like graduation or coming-of-age events. All necessary tools are provided, so you do not need to bring anything. For hair styling, our stylists will create a look that complements your kimono based on your hair length and texture. Many of our staff members hold national certifications in kimono dressing or have experience in bridal and talent agency hair styling.
- 5. [Departure] Once you have finished dressing, hair styling, and payment, you are ready to head out. Please take a photo of your luggage tag number for reference. Our staff will retrieve your belongings when you return. You may go anywhere until the return time at 5:30 PM on the same day.

Height restrictions for kimonos are as follows:
・Women: 145cm or more - 175cm
・Male: 155cm or more - 195cm
*We do not have kimonos or yukatas for children, but children who meet the height requirements above can use the facilities. The plans are the same as for adults.
Pregnant women may use the facility if they are in the stable period.
*We do not recommend that pregnant women use our services from a safety standpoint. We cannot take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances. We ask that you fill out a consent form at the time of reception.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
