Between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM the day before departure, we will contact you using the information you provided. If you do not receive any message, please check your email, including your spam folder, as emails may occasionally be misdirected. During peak travel seasons, there may be slight delays in sending emails. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the most recent one. If you still have not received your travel information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early on the day of departure and look for the JRT guide holding the tour flag. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and bring warm clothing if needed.

Please make sure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals are not allowed. As this tour does not permit transfers to other departures or joining midway, any inability to participate due to personal reasons will result in the participant bearing the corresponding loss. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, last-minute changes to the meeting point, or leaving the tour midway due to personal reasons. Any accidents or additional expenses incurred after leaving the tour must be borne by you.

Day tours do not include personal travel or accident insurance. If needed, please purchase your own coverage. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry inherent risks—please assess your own health and abilities. If the tour is terminated after departure due to weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure factors, refunds for unfulfilled portions of the itinerary will be processed based on actual costs incurred. Any additional expenses, such as return transportation or local accommodation, must be borne by the traveler.

The company is not responsible for missed participation or unsatisfactory photos due to transportation, weather, or other force majeure factors. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

If cable cars, boat rides, snowmobiles, or other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, alternative attractions may be visited, or the time spent at each stop may be adjusted.

This is a shared-group tour, and seat allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requests, please note them, and we will try our best to accommodate, but final arrangements are subject to availability on-site.

Vehicle type is arranged based on the number of participants and cannot be requested. For small groups, the driver may also serve as the guide, providing a brief commentary.

If you need to bring luggage, please inform us in advance. Unauthorized luggage may result in the guide refusing boarding, with no refund. Eating and drinking are prohibited on the vehicle; any damage or stains must be compensated according to local standards.

The itinerary is for reference only. Actual transportation, stopovers, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, or facility maintenance. The guide may reasonably change or remove attractions based on actual conditions.

If the tour is forced to stop after departure due to natural disasters or other force majeure, no refunds will be issued, and travelers must cover any return transportation or additional accommodation costs.

During Japanese public holidays and weekend peak travel periods, severe traffic jams or early attraction closures are common. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinner on the same day, and to bring light meals and a power bank.
