The tour guide Jay has a good service attitude, the itinerary was not delayed, his Chinese and English are good, there is no problem in communication, he took the initiative to help the group members take photos, and introduced suitable products in the scenic area, great 👍
The Onodera tour guide was very friendly and gave a detailed introduction to the itinerary and attractions of the day trip. The time arrangement of the attractions was appropriate, and there was generally 30 minutes of free time. It is recommended for tourists who don’t want to drive or arrange transportation by themselves. In addition, they will also introduce you to Hokkaido food!
Although Yamaguchi Ken is Japanese, he speaks fluent Mandarin. His guides were clear and detailed, and he also recommended many local delicacies and other Hokkaido attractions. The tour was relaxed and didn't rush through the sights. We had plenty of time to explore, including the Suzan Cable Car to see Showa Shinzan, a boat tour on Lake Toya, a panoramic view of Mount Yotei from Cape Nakayama, and the Jigokudani Valley and Oyunuma Lake in Noboribetsu. We were able to see multiple attractions in one day, and I highly recommend it.
