We anticipate it will be crowded on the day, so please try to arrive and enter as early as possible.
While it is possible to enter midway through the event, we recommend arriving by around 7:30 PM to ensure you receive your lantern and receive the explanation.
Please note that we may not be able to provide you with a lantern immediately before the lantern release begins.
One ticket is required per person for entry. (Children aged 0-5 are admitted free of charge.)
For safety reasons, we do not provide lanterns to children.
We do not accept cancellations or refunds for tickets purchased due to customer reasons.
The event may be held even in light rain, but safety will be our top priority, and the decision on whether or not to hold the event will be based on criteria such as rainfall and wind speed.
If you purchase a [General Admission Ticket], we cannot offer refunds for changes to the ticket date or in the event of event cancellation.
