A minimum of 25 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 21 day(s) before the departure date
Drift ice may not be visible due to natural phenomena, and the icebreaker may be suspended depending on the status of the drift ice and weather conditions. A cancellation fee will apply from the cancellation date if the trip is canceled or changed due to this event
If drift ice is absent, the icebreaker will operate from Aomi. However, the tour may be canceled in the event of inclement weather. In such cases, alternative sightseeing options will be provided, or a refund of the fare difference will be issued
Proper cold weather gear is essential. Bring a thick coat, sweater, gloves, and appropriate footwear to prevent slipping on snowy or icy roads. Cold weather shoes or boots are recommended
The itinerary may change based on weather and local conditions, but all sightseeing spots will be included, and tour durations will not be shortened
If an odd number of participants are present, sharing the bus with other passengers may be necessary
For groups booking a room for two, separation into two rooms may occur based on occupancy
Meal options listed may change due to local procurement issues or poor catches
Due to seating arrangements on airplanes and buses, even groups of two or more may not sit together
