Reminders
●As this is a mixed tour, we accept applications from single people, but the deadline is 7 days before the departure date. The minimum number of participants is 2 people, and the tour will not be held if there are fewer than 2 people.
●The guide will accompany you in the vehicle from Taipei for the entire trip.
●Meals included in the tour may be served on large platters depending on the number of people.
Please note that food in Taiwanese restaurants is generally served on large platters.

If you wish to leave the group, please inform the guide on the day and have them sign the leaving form. Please note that there will be no change in the tour price as this is a request to leave the group at your own convenience.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
