In order to take advantage of the JR Tokyo Wide Pass (3 days) including plan, you MUST bring your passport! for exchange JR Tokyo Wide Pass
For Japanese nationals: with the Japanese Passport you cannot use the JR Tokyo Wide Pass (3 days). We will prepare the needed shinkansen tickets for you (the return ticket from Echigo-Yuzawa will be a non reserved car seating)
Please come prepared with warm clothes
Please come prepared with shoes with a good grip, as it will be snowy and slippery
Please note that the dinner described above might have a different menu according to provisions.
Note that the Feb 16th departure has a slightly different schedule, so check in the tour description upon booking.
Niigata is a very snowy region in Japan, but we cannot foresee the quantity of snow, which could also be small.
If the minimum number of participants (30) is not met, by 4days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be cancelled.
Depending on the number of participants, the coach size may vary (medium or small size)

This tour will be guided in English
As required by Japanese law, please wear a seat belt on the bus.
Please note that the arrival location of the tour cannot be changed.
In case of traffic congestion or other uncontrollable reasons, note that the schedule may be changed or time shortened at any of the sightseeing spots.
As it will be cold in the mountains, please bring warm clothes.
If the arrival time to Echigo Yuzawa (and the subsequent return on your own to Tokyo by bullet train) is delayed due to traffic or other reasons, we will not be responsible for taxi fares, overnight accommodations or other expenses.
If there is only a small group of participants, other smaller vehicles may be used instead of the large bus.
After the scheduled departure time, we will depart at the discretion of our staff, so please strictly observe the meeting time.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
