(1) If the customer does not receive part of the travel service or leaves the tour midway due to personal reasons, this will be considered a waiver of the customer's rights and no refund will be given.
(2) If, after the start of the trip, the customer is unable to receive the travel services stated in the contract document due to reasons attributable to the customer, or if the Company informs him of this, the customer shall comply with the provisions. Regardless, you can cancel the contract for the part you are no longer able to receive without paying a cancellation fee. In this case, our company will pay cancellation fees, penalty fees, and other expenses that have already been paid or will need to be paid for the travel service that is no longer available (limited to cases where it is not due to reasons attributable to our company). The deducted amount will be refunded to the customer.
(3) Depending on the weather and snowfall, the sales period may be shortened and the number of people allowed may change. Please note that we may decline your request after making your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
