• The last time for returning clothing is before 18:20 on the day of return. Please be aware of this.

Styling Tips ▪️ Please go completely makeup-free on the day of your styling and do not apply any tinted primer.
▪️Please wear a shirt with a wide collar or front buttons so you can change clothes after your makeup and styling.
▪️Avoid drinking alcohol and too much water the night before. You can apply your usual moisturizing face mask and eye cream, apply lip balm, and get plenty of rest and sleep early. This can greatly increase the adherence and duration of your makeup.
▪️For girls who already have eyelash extensions, if some of the false eyelashes have fallen off, it is recommended to remove them completely and have a stylist apply new eyelashes to adjust the eye shape.
▪️Hair styling can be specified for an additional fee, but the actual styling effect will still be determined by the stylist on-site based on individual hair flow and volume.
▪️If you are nearsighted, it is best to bring your own contact lenses or natural photochromic lenses.

Reminders
Please arrive at the scheduled time and change your clothes. If you arrive late due to personal reasons, you will cancel the appointment and no refund will be given.
The old house is not easy to maintain, and it is not open to bring food in. Tea is provided on site, and you must take off your shoes when you enter. Please don't throw away garbage at will, and maintain the space with your heart.
Pets are not allowed to enter.
Overtime return: After the last return time of 18:20 in the evening, a one-day rental fee will be charged. Pay on-site and calculate the original price, and you can return it before 18:20 in the evening of the next day.
Damaged clothing: If the clothing is damaged due to personal factors, compensation shall be made according to the price.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 10 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
