— Frequently Asked Questions and Answers —
Q: If the weather is bad, when will I be notified of cancellation?
A: The event will be canceled due to heavy rain, big waves, thunder, and offshore typhoon warnings; if it rains lightly or drizzle, the event will be held as usual.
As for when the event will be notified of cancellation if the weather is bad, our answer is that we will try our best to notify you in advance, or we may cancel it by on-site observation on the same day!
Q: Can I participate if I don’t know how to swim?
A: You can sign up even if you don’t know how to swim. Each person will be given a life jacket to wear properly before entering the water. In case of falling into the water, its buoyancy is enough to keep you above the water from your shoulders.
Q: Is the canoe for one person or two people?
A: Currently, tandem boats are available. The advantage is that two people can take turns to rest and take photos. They can get a better angle for taking photos without stopping completely while traveling. If the number of people booked is an odd number, they will be shared with other odd-numbered guests on the same boat or with the coach. This is subject to on-site conditions and cannot be specified.
Q: Can pets be brought?
A: If you want to bring pets on board, please be sure to inform us in advance that you will be bringing pets when registering, and please prepare your own life jacket for pets. Open water conditions are changeable. We cannot guarantee the safety of pets. Insurance claims are only valid for those participating in the event. If you want to bring your pet to participate in the event, please be responsible for your own responsibility.
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Pregnant women, High blood pressure, Heart disease, Epilepsy
The team is based on the principle of group entry and exit. Once the coach and team members have left the shore, latecomers will not be allowed to go to the water (and will not be refunded). Please pay special attention not to be late, so as not to affect your rights and interests.
Water activities are easily affected by the weather. When actually sailing, the team leader may modify the itinerary according to changes in wind direction and hydrological conditions. When the weather conditions get worse, the voyage may even be canceled midway. If you cannot accept that the itinerary may change for some reason, please do not participate. In order to ensure the safety and smooth progress of this activity, all groups enter and exit and follow the instructions of the team leader coach. We will not be responsible for any accidents caused by leaving the team or not listening to advice. !
Event photos and videos will be uploaded to the fan page community for everyone to share, download or use for marketing exposure. If you do not want to make it public, please inform the coach separately.
The dawn tour refers to the activity period, not watching the sunrise at the sea! The actual launching time is affected by team operation, number of participants, weather conditions and other factors. The activity does not guarantee that you can watch the sunrise at sea!
In order to avoid affecting the rights and interests of other passengers, there are restricted hours after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making loud noises.
