If the guest fails to provide truthful reservation information (including but not limited to the discrepancy between the number of people reserved and the actual number of people, failure to provide the number and age of minors), fails to comply with Japanese dining etiquette (including but not limited to making loud noises, fighting, smoking, drinking, live streaming on the Internet, or engaging in other activities that may affect others' dining in the restaurant), all losses and consequences caused shall be borne by the guest himself.
In principle, confirmation time is within 3 days, but in case of Japanese holidays, store closures, system failures, etc., the reservation cannot be confirmed, and confirmation may be extended. If the order has not been confirmed, please report it to customer service.
The box does not have child seats and strollers can only be parked in the hallway at the store entrance.
Cancellation within seven days of the reservation will incur a 100% charge of the meal cost.
