- Order Confirmation
This product uses a two-confirmation system. After the order is submitted, it needs to be confirmed by customer service before the reservation is considered successful.
- Cancellation and Change Instructions
If a traveler is unable to participate in the trip or cancels the trip due to personal reasons, the order will not be refundable or changeable. Thank you for your understanding.
- Force majeure

- Private charter car service hours
Private charter car service is available from 07:00 to 21:00 (Japan time).

- Passenger capacity and luggage information
Please arrange your trip according to the number of passengers and luggage allowance of the vehicle you booked.
If the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity and cannot be adjusted, it may affect the itinerary. Any related losses incurred will be borne by the passengers themselves. Please take note.

- Remote service fee

- Overtime fee
For every 30 minutes of overtime, a fee of 3000 yen will be charged. Please pay the fee directly to the driver.
