The vehicle was clean and tidy, the driver was punctual and polite, and he would point out the tour route, making it convenient for families with both elderly and young members.

Although it was windy and rainy that day, thankfully we were on a tour and were able to visit each attraction smoothly. Finally, I want to thank our tour guide, Amy. On the way back, there was a huge traffic jam, but thankfully Amy suggested we take an alternative route, avoiding the traffic jam and getting back safely.

Transportation to attractions in the north is inconvenient, so joining a day tour solved many problems. Our guide, Qian, was professional, providing interesting and clear explanations of the attractions, and the timing was perfect. Even when we got separated from the group at American Village, the guide explained how to get back on our own, which was very thoughtful.

I handed my phone's QR code to the counter, who scanned it and provided instructions and tickets in Chinese. They also explained the precautions very carefully in English. The bus ride was smooth both ways, but the return trip in the evening was congested, and I sat for 3 hours straight with a very sore back.
