Purchase Notice
- If you need to postpone the extension, you must inform us at least 7 days before the trial date. The extension of the product must not exceed the 20-day period. The original vehicle model cannot be changed or the original number of vehicles and models are requested to be changed on the grounds of an increase in the number of people or a decrease in the number of people. Ride-sharing products are not acceptable. Change to reduce the number of people.
- If the notification is given within 6 days (inclusive) before the travel experience date, extension will not be accepted. If canceled, fees will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
- If it is postponed, please note that the price difference during weekdays, consecutive holidays or the peak tourist seasons, winter and summer vacations and New Year holidays must be absorbed by the guests themselves. Please refer to the optional date sales prices on the website.

Participants are required to bring their own rain gear and wear hiking shoes or sneakers
Participants still cause casualties due to personal negligence (such as slipping, falling, hitting trees, slipping, leaving the team by themselves, concealing physical problems, etc.) and cannot be held accountable to the company
Participants who retreat due to personal factors (such as temporary work, lack of physical strength, altitude sickness, etc.) must bear the expenses (such as room and board, transportation, etc.) by themselves, and cannot request partial refunds for unfinished activities
It rains for one-third of the days in Taiwan, and the outdoor environment is always cloudy and sunny. If it rains, it is normal. - For cancellations made 3 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
