According to legal regulations, the number of people in a chartered vehicle must not exceed the legal capacity.
Children under 4 years old must ride in safety seats. If they refuse to rent, the driver has the right to refuse to carry the passenger.
If you want to reserve a safety seat, please note your weight and height in the order. The car seat costs NT$150 per seat; the booster cushion costs NT$80 per seat.
If you require additional charges for your own itinerary, please discuss it with our staff beforehand.
If the hotel pick-up and drop-off location is not within Taitung City, an additional fare will be charged based on the hotel's location.
The private charter car fee does not include the driver's meal allowance of 200 yuan, which should be paid to the driver on the day of departure.
Overtime fee: 500 yuan/hour for a 5-seater, 700 yuan/hour for a 9-seater.
If the trip is cancelled due to force majeure events such as typhoons, floods, earthquakes, or pandemics, a full refund will be issued.
The driver will contact you the day before departure using the phone number provided in your order. Please ensure your phone number is reachable.
If some attractions are affected by the weather, the driver will inform you of the changes made on the day of the trip. Please be aware of this.

- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 7 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
