If the weather or on-site conditions are not good during the activity, please follow the instructions of the coach and team leader.

The company reserves the right to change the itinerary, such as postponement or cancellation, due to force majeure such as typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain and road conditions.

No postponement or refund will be given for personal reasons during the non-cancellable period. (Examples of personal reasons include: diagnosis, injury, menstruation, car accident, oversleeping...) Participants are responsible for reading these terms and conditions before making payment and understand and assume the relevant risks.
The tour will proceed as normal on rainy days. However, if the Central Weather Bureau issues a heavy rain warning, the tour will be postponed or cancelled.
If the above-mentioned alarms are activated during the activity or the instructor determines that the activity cannot be carried out safely and ends the activity early, no refunds or re-appointments will be arranged.
Late arrivals/no-shows: Participants who are more than 20 minutes late will be automatically disqualified from the meeting time and will not be allowed to wait or join the event midway. No refunds or postponements will be given for participants who are unable to participate due to late arrivals/no-shows. For minor delays (less than 20 minutes), please notify the instructor 15-20 minutes before meeting time.
