【Cancellation policy】
- Refund policy for unreserved rooms: According to the "Commodity (Service) Gift Voucher Standardization Contract that should be recorded and not be recorded", when handling refunds, 3% of the face value will be charged as an administrative fee.
- Refund rules for reservations made to the farm: In accordance with the "items that should be recorded and not recorded in the finalized contract for individual passenger reservations", refunds will be made based on the face value of the accommodation voucher and the percentage of the original advance deposit received by the farm.
