- If the notice arrives before the 41st day before the departure date, 5% of the travel expenses will be compensated.
- If the notice arrives within the 31st to 40th day before the departure date, 10% of the travel expenses will be compensated.
- If the notice arrives within the 21st to 30th day before the departure date, 20% of the travel expenses will be compensated.
- If the notice arrives within the second day to the 20th day before the departure date, 30% of the travel expenses will be compensated.
- Those who arrive one day before the departure date will be compensated 50% of the travel expenses.
- Those who arrive after the day of departure will be compensated 100% of the travel expenses.
The travel expenses stipulated above as the basis for calculating damages shall be calculated after deducting administrative fees.
If the travel agency can prove that the damage it suffered exceeds the criteria in the first paragraph, it may claim compensation for the actual damage.
The notification date must be based on the normal working hours announced by the Human Resources and Administration Bureau. If the overtime is exceeded, it will be calculated on the next working day. Please note.
Reminders
A minimum of 15 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date
The notice before the itinerary (including the meeting time and place, precautions and the contact number of the tour leader/tour guide on the day) will be notified by email 2 days before departure, please pay attention.
On the day of departure, please ensure that the mobile phone and communication software are unblocked, so that the driver cannot contact the guests and cannot get on the bus. During the itinerary, if the passenger leaves the team privately due to personal reasons and fails to gather, the company will not refund the fee.
Please wear comfortable cloth shoes or casual shoes, bring your own warm clothes, hats and disposable raincoats, and take personal medicines such as motion sickness medicine, cold medicine, mosquito repellent, etc.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
