After arriving at the activity site, if the coach determines that the weather is not good or it is not suitable for boarding, the activity will be stopped.
- No refund will be given in the following cases
The trip ended early due to weather conditions 30 minutes after getting off the board
The student did not complete the activity experience due to personal reasons
If the participants fail to arrive on time due to personal reasons, the activity time will not be extended.
If a student is late for more than 30 minutes and cannot be contacted, the activity will be cancelled unconditionally and no refund will be given.
SUP activities are outdoor activities and are sometimes affected by natural weather conditions. In particular, when weather changes greatly affect the safety of the trip or when the activity cannot be carried out due to personal reasons, the refund/extension rules we provide are as follows

-How many people can make the trip?

-Is there an age limit?
SUP is a very popular sport. Children over three years old can board with their parents. Children over seven years old can also try it on their own. Older people who are in good health are welcome to experience the activity.
-Can I bring my furry children?
Furry kids are very welcome! However, parents should first know whether their pets like to go out and are afraid of water to avoid adding psychological pressure to their pets. In addition, we also provide dog life jackets for rent (suitable for medium-sized dogs). If necessary, you can make a reservation in advance.
- What is the recommended attire?
You can wear a swimsuit or light sportswear. In winter, you can wear it in an onion-style. When playing SUP, your lower body will definitely get wet. It is recommended not to wear long pants or any clothes that are easy to absorb water. You can bring an extra set of clothes. A changing tent will be provided at the end of the activity, but there is no shower room on site for bathing.
-Will you assist in the filming?
We will use professional SLR cameras to assist in filming during the event. We also have drones to record images and videos. After the event, we will immediately send photos and videos to the students. If you want to bring your phone into the water, you need to bring your own waterproof bag and keep it during the event.
-Are there two-on-one boards?
What Sup does not provide adult two-on-one board service. We hope that every student can experience the sense of achievement and fun of SUP standing, but children under 12 years old can board with adults.
-When can you get the photos?
Basically, the photos of the event will be sent directly to your phone after the event is over. The photos of What Sup are all original photos. If there are special circumstances, they will be uploaded to the cloud link, and you will receive the complete photo link on the same day.
-Can I play if I can't swim?
Students who don't know how to swim or are afraid of water can come and experience it. We will not take off our life jackets during the whole process. A highly-rated coach will lead everyone to experience the activity. Students who are afraid of water can move closer to the coach to ensure that everyone can stand and paddle safely and securely.
-Can I have a group experience?
Yes, we provide a coach package service. For details, please ask about the group opening on the day.
-Are there showers and toilets on site?
There are no showers or toilets on site. It is recommended that you go to the Xiangshan Visitor Center to use the toilet before arriving at the site. After the activity, we have a changing tent to provide changing services
The minimum number of participants is 2. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 2 days before the departure date.
You can bring your pets to participate in the experience, and you can rent pet life jackets (for medium-sized dogs)
The departure time of the SUP teaching day will be slightly adjusted according to the sunrise time. Please confirm the correct meeting time with the store again before the experience.
