This voucher must be reserved 7 days in advance (excluding the check-in date). The reservation hotline is 04-2255-6688. If the reservation is not made in advance as required, the hotel reserves the right not to accept the exchange.

A set of electronic vouchers can only be redeemed once and cannot be used repeatedly. Please keep it properly. If the electronic voucher is lost or redeemed by a third party, the loss shall be borne by the consumer and no reissue will be made.

The accommodation voucher can be upgraded to a premium room on weekdays (subject to the hotel's room availability on that day). For use on holidays, an additional NT$750 must be added on site. For use on consecutive holidays, an additional NT$1,000 must be added on site. During the Chinese New Year, the room must be upgraded to a premium room according to on-site regulations. The definition of weekdays and holidays is subject to the hotel's announcement. Please confirm when making a reservation.

The room types vary slightly depending on the design and equipment. The actual room types are mainly based on the on-site arrangements of the hotel.

If you need to add a guest or check into other room types, you will need to pay an additional fee on site according to the official website announcement. Please inform us in advance when booking. Please present this voucher to the counter staff for verification upon check-in.

This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional activities such as discounts, membership points and benefits.

A collection and transfer receipt or unified invoice has been issued when the ticket is sold, and the hotel will not issue another one on site when the ticket is used.

The discount period of this coupon is the same as the trust period (within 1 year from the date of issue). If it is overdue, you must pay the price difference according to the on-site regulations.

Pursuant to the matters that should and should not be recorded in the standardized contract for product (service) gift certificates announced on April 10, 2020 (applicable from the date of announcement), Article 2, Paragraph 4: Gift certificates should record the procedures for consumers to request a refund of the gift certificate and the amount to be refunded. When a consumer returns a gift certificate, the business operator may charge a handling fee, which may not exceed 3% of the returned amount. If you decide to return the product, please contact KKday customer service. A 3% handling fee will be charged for the refund. Please be advised.

A single member can only purchase 40 tickets within 2 months. If the purchase quantity exceeds the limit, KKday has the right to cancel the order and refund the money. Please be advised.

Please note that if KKday discovers that you have used KKday discount coupons or discount codes maliciously or improperly (such as nationality-limited discounts, using discounts by changing nationality, bank cardholder-limited discounts, one person creating multiple member accounts to enjoy discounts repeatedly, etc.), KKday will cancel the orders established by your malicious or improper discount coupons or discount codes at our discretion, and may remove your KKday membership account at any time without prior notice to you, and may request compensation from you.
