The on-site staff and online customer service were very friendly ❤️ and clearly explained the riding direction and precautions using a map! There were occasional cars and potholes along the way, and a section with a lot of weeds, so be careful. I highly recommend booking an electric bike in advance 🚴 as it will save energy when going uphill! We rode in mid-September, and the weather was a bit hot, so don't forget sun protection (hat/jacket/sunglasses...). 💡 If you're driving, you can tell customer service in advance, and they will guide you to the parking area near the station upon arrival. It was a fantastic experience, and I'm very grateful to the staff at the information center for their help! ☺️
