The drive from Kagoshima Airport to Kagiri Island takes 40 minutes. The driver is very skilled; although there are mountain roads, I didn't get seasick at all. It was just a little difficult to find a car after arriving at the airport, but thankfully I found one. kkdays, highly recommended.
