- This service uses legally licensed vehicles; child seats are not mandatory under Japanese law. One child booster seat can be provided free of charge if needed;
- From the second seat onwards, an additional fee of JPY 2,500 per seat applies. Please note this in your booking. Please be aware that a child seat takes up approximately 1.5 seats and may affect seating comfort and luggage space.
- Standard luggage size is 24–28 inches. Oversized luggage or strollers must be notified in advance and will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.
- If you are unable to board due to exceeding the passenger or luggage capacity, you will be responsible for the consequences and any associated costs.
[Vehicle Assignment and Service Area]
- Vehicles may be replaced with others of the same class depending on availability; specific models cannot be requested.
- If you wish to customize your route, please provide your itinerary when booking for Customer Support to confirm.
- Service area: Within 300 km from your hotel in Tokyo. Cross-regional travel (e.g., Mount Fuji + Hakone) will incur an additional service fee.
- Pickup and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or B&Bs within Tokyo city. Locations outside this area will incur an additional deadhead fee (JPY 5,000–20,000).
- Urayasu, the Disney area, and Haneda Airport are not within the Tokyo city pickup/drop-off range. A one-way surcharge (JPY 5,000–10,000) applies for these areas.
[Charter Service Hours]
- Standard service duration: 10 hours. Overtime fees apply if exceeded.
- For pickup and drop-off at different locations (e.g., Mount Fuji/Hakone), the service duration is 8 hours; travel time for the vehicle to return to its base must be reserved for other regions.
- Service hours are between 07:00-22:00. If your requested time falls outside this range, please note it when booking for Customer Support to confirm.

- The driver does not speak English but can communicate with you using translation software.
- If you require an English-speaking driver, please note this when booking for Customer Support to confirm. An additional JPY 5,000 fee applies if available.
- Driver contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (at least 3 hours before the service). Please wait at the pickup point 10 minutes in advance.
- If your itinerary includes the Mount Fuji 5th Station, an on-site mountain access fee (approx. JPY 2,800–6,400) must be paid, which the driver can pay on your behalf.

Night service fee
The service hours are between 07:00-22:00. If you require service outside these hours, please note it when booking for Customer Support confirmation. A night service fee of JPY 5,000 per hour will be charged (to be paid in cash to the driver on-site).
Cross-regional service fee
If the itinerary is not within the same region (e.g., crossing between Kamakura and Mount Fuji areas), a cross-regional service fee will be charged. Please note your desired route when booking, and we will confirm it with you.
Reminders
To ensure a pleasant environment, please do not eat or drink in the vehicle and dispose of your own trash. If the seats, carpets, or interior are soiled, you will be required to pay a cleaning fee based on the professional company's actual quote.
If you need to adjust or change your booking information after ordering, please notify us at least 2 days before the tour. Changes requested on the day before or the day of the tour cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.
The charter service duration is 10 hours per day. The service cannot be paused or delayed once it has started.
If you end the tour early within the charter duration, no refund will be provided, and the remaining time cannot be carried over to the next day.
If the departure or arrival location is outside Tokyo city, empty-car travel time will be deducted or an additional fee may apply depending on the situation. Please note the correct pickup and drop-off address when booking so that Customer Support can confirm.
Departure times cannot be adjusted on the day of the tour (e.g., if you booked a 10:00 departure, the charter duration will still be calculated from 10:00 even if you delay the start by 1 hour due to personal reasons).
The charter service does not include accompaniment inside attractions; the driver will wait for you outside. If you require accompaniment, please note this when booking so Customer Support can confirm the service fee. Attraction admission tickets/parking fees must be paid separately. Thank you for your understanding.
In case of traffic congestion, the driver will adjust the route or order of the itinerary based on actual conditions and may suggest a return time to ensure the tour runs smoothly. If the service duration is exceeded, an overtime fee will be charged based on the vehicle type. Thank you for your understanding.
