Shizuoka

It was my first time there. As soon as we arrived at the park, we had a pasta course meal at the restaurant. It looked very stylish and tasted delicious. The panoramic view from the top was amazing, and we could gradually see Mt. Fuji, creating a magnificent view 🗻. There was also a great selection of souvenirs, and it was a very enjoyable time, filled with fun and nature 🎉.

I went on a weekday Friday! The flowers and the Atami blue sea were so beautiful~ The shrine with a torii gate that acts as a mirror also had goshuin (shrine stamps) and omikuji (fortune slips). The park has lots of photo spots that you often see on social media, such as the big swing and the stairs leading to heaven (!? No, to the sky), so it can be enjoyed by both children and adults♫ Kengo Kuma's cafe "COEDA HOUSE" harmonizes with the scenery, and you can enjoy the spectacular view from inside the cafe as well! The restaurant "CODA ROSSA" at the entrance of the park was also great, as you can dine while looking at the sea~ The food at both the cafe and the restaurant was, of course, absolutely delicious. And above all, all the staff in the park were so polite and helpful, which made my time there very enjoyable!

Pity it was a cloudy/rainy day. Didn’t get to see mount fuji. Nevertheless, kudos to the guide/driver - Bruce, who brought us around, safely and efficiently. It would be better if more time is catered for the first stop, Arakurayama Sengen Park.

The cable car was initially suspended due to bad weather, but luckily it started running again. Thank you, Elsa, for quickly adjusting the itinerary and perfectly achieving all our destinations. You also paid attention to the needs of the group members throughout the trip. My parents enjoyed chatting with you. We were very lucky to have Elsa as our tour guide.
