The total distance of the itinerary must be within 300 km.

If you have a lot of luggage or large items, we recommend booking a suitable vehicle type to accommodate all your belongings. Any additional costs incurred due to failure to follow the recommended passenger capacity and luggage limit for the vehicle type must be borne by the passengers.

Japanese law requires children under 6 years old to use a child safety seat. Please be sure to inform us of the number of children in advance (a child safety seat takes up about 1-1.5 adult seats). If the number of passengers exceeds the capacity of the booked vehicle, the driver will terminate the service on the day, and no refund will be provided.

Please be sure to provide your LINE ID or WeChat ID when booking (after providing the ID, please ensure your friend request settings are enabled so that local Japanese staff can contact you in a timely manner).

Departure time can be selected between 07:00 and 11:00. If you choose the latest departure time of 11:00, you will not be able to use overtime hours on that day, and the driver must finish work no later than 21:00. If the itinerary exceeds the latest service time, a night service fee (3,000 JPY/hour) will apply.
