【Child Seats】

【Important Notes】

・This is a point-to-point one-way transfer; sightseeing, shopping, or other stops are not included.

・Please confirm your pickup time and locations at the time of booking. Changes on the day of service are generally not permitted.

・The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes for free. Beyond this, waiting fees apply: JPY 5,000/hour for vehicles with 10 seats or fewer; JPY 10,000/hour for vehicles with 14 seats or more.

・Standard service hours are 07:00–22:00. For other times, please note your request during booking for confirmation.

・Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the vehicle. Please help us keep the vehicle clean.

・English-speaking drivers are not guaranteed for standard bookings; drivers will use translation software to communicate. To request an English-speaking driver, please note it in advance; a surcharge of JPY 5,000 will apply upon successful arrangement.

・Driver and vehicle information will be provided starting 1 day before departure, and no later than 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

・Additional fees may apply for areas outside the designated pickup/drop-off zones or remote locations. Customer service will contact you after your order is confirmed.

Free waiting time is 30 minutes. For vehicles with 10 seats or fewer: JPY 5,000 per hour (any fraction over 15 minutes counts as 1 hour). For vehicles with 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 per hour (any fraction over 15 minutes counts as 1 hour).

Night Service Fee

The service hours are between 7:00 and 22:00. If your service falls outside these hours, please note it when booking for confirmation by our customer service team. A night service fee of JPY 5,000 per hour will be charged (payable in cash to the driver on-site).

Reminders

  • To ensure a pleasant ride, please do not eat or drink in the vehicle and kindly dispose of your own trash. If the seats, carpets, or interior are soiled, a cleaning fee will be charged based on the actual quote from a professional cleaning company.

  • If you need to adjust or change your order information after booking, please notify us at least two days before your trip. Please note that we cannot accommodate change requests made one day before or on the day of the service.

  • If your departure or arrival location is outside of downtown Tokyo, the deadhead time will be deducted or an additional fee may apply based on the actual situation. Please provide the correct pick-up and drop-off addresses when placing your order so that our customer service team can confirm the details.
