Vehicle type: Arranged based on the number of participants. For small groups, a driver-guide will provide full service without a separate tour leader or guide. Some drivers may use translation software to communicate with passengers; please note this before booking. This is a shared tour, so please adhere to the time allotted at each attraction and cooperate with the tour leader or driver-guide. Small groups of 7–14 people will be accompanied by a driver-guide who does not enter the attractions with you; bus tours of 15–49 people will have a dedicated tour guide. Actual arrangements will depend on the number of participants on the day.
This tour includes a complimentary Izu Panorama Park ropeway ticket; the value of the ticket is not included in the tour fee. If you are unable to visit due to weather, traffic restrictions, temporary closure of the attraction, government announcements, force majeure, or if the travel agency adjusts the itinerary based on actual conditions, or if you choose not to visit for personal reasons, it will be considered a voluntary waiver of the complimentary item. No refunds, cash equivalents, or other compensation will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
If the tour is cancelled before departure due to force majeure (including natural disasters, war, strikes, government bans, mechanical failures, traffic accidents, or other uncontrollable circumstances), we will provide a full refund of the tour fee. If the tour is suspended on the day of departure or during the trip due to the aforementioned reasons, the remaining balance will be refunded after deducting actual expenses incurred. No additional compensation will be provided for such cases, and any other losses or additional expenses incurred must be borne by the traveler. The return time may be delayed due to objective factors such as road conditions or weather, especially during holidays when traffic congestion is common. We will flexibly adjust the itinerary based on actual conditions, and the return time may be later than expected. If you have a night flight or subsequent plans on the same day, we recommend leaving ample time to avoid any impact on your schedule. Please be aware that no refunds or compensation will be provided for delays. Travelers with tight flight schedules are advised to carefully evaluate before booking or make appropriate arrangements for subsequent plans.
The bus provides one seat per person to ensure the comfort and safety of every traveler. Seat selection is not available in advance. Depending on the actual bookings for the day, you may be seated next to a traveler of a different gender; thank you for your understanding. According to local Japanese regulations, children aged 3 and above must occupy a seat, so children aged 3 and above must pay the same fee as adults. If you are traveling with children, please be sure to inform customer service when booking. If you do not inform us in advance and do not pay the relevant fees, and the vehicle becomes overloaded on the day of the tour due to the child, the guide has the right to refuse the child and their accompanying parent from boarding to comply with local regulations and ensure the safety of all passengers. In this case, we will not be held responsible, and no refunds will be provided for fees already paid. Any additional losses must be borne by the traveler. Thank you for your cooperation.
Minors under 18 and children must be accompanied by an adult with full legal capacity. Travelers aged 70 and above are recommended to be accompanied by family or friends and must sign a disclaimer on the day of departure. To ensure your safety and the rights of other group members, if you have chronic illnesses, mobility issues, or other special health conditions, please inform us proactively and truthfully when booking so that we can make appropriate arrangements and provide assistance. Any costs incurred due to the need for special assistance for personal reasons must be borne by the traveler.
If you are bringing multiple or large pieces of luggage, please inform us in advance. Each traveler is limited to one suitcase.
