1. How to Use

- On the day of use, simply state your name to the staff to enjoy your service.
2. Information & Notices
- Farm Tour Duration: Approx. 20 minutes (Includes welcome drink + tasting).
- Farm Operating Hours:
- Mon, Tue, Wed, Sun: 08:00 – 18:00
- Thu, Fri, Sat: 08:00 – 23:00
- Minimum of 8 participants required. The tour may be canceled if this is not met.
- Children under 90cm: Free to observe (Chocolate making is not included).
- Hotel pick-up/drop-off is not included. Please purchase a transfer option or arrange your own transportation.
- Additional charges apply on Vietnamese public holidays (Please refer to the bottom of the details page).

- 100% Refund: When cancelled before 18:00 (local time), 3 day prior to the date of use.
- No Refund: Cancellations and refunds are not possible after 18:00 (local time), 3 day prior to the date of use.
✅ Adult/Child Policy
- Adult: 140cm and above
- Child: 90cm to under 140cm
- Infant: Under 90cm free to observe (Chocolate making not included)

Surcharge for National Holidays
Due to local conditions in Vietnam, a 20% surcharge will apply on the following public holidays. Please refer to these dates when making your reservation:
• International New Year’s Day: January 1
• Tet Holiday (Lunar New Year)
• Christmas: December 24 – December 25
