Questions regarding reservations:

• Question 1: Please provide the participant's age, gender, and shoe size.
• Question 2: If you wish to rent a wetsuit, please also include your height and weight (you can specify your build, such as slim or average). *Wearing a wetsuit is recommended from late October to the end of May, as the air temperature is warm but the water temperature remains cold. (We also have sizes for infants and children.)

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• Snorkeling tours will generally proceed even in rainy weather. However, tours will be canceled in the event of thunderstorms, strong winds, or typhoons. In such cases, there will be no cancellation fee. For sunset SUP tours, there will be no cancellation fee even if the guide decides to cancel the tour due to weather conditions, such as clearly not being able to see the sunset. (Please note that if you yourself determine that the weather is bad, such as cloudy skies, a cancellation fee will be charged.) If only the SUP tour is canceled, we will refund the difference between the SUP tour price and the snorkeling tour price. (The same applies in reverse.) Please also note that we cannot compensate for transportation costs, etc., if a tour is canceled.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• ・This tour is susceptible to sea conditions, so we may need to discuss a change in time. ・Depending on the meeting place, parking may be charged, and there may be no showers or changing rooms. ・Cancellations due to the meeting place are not eligible for free cancellation, so please be sure to inquire before booking if you would like to know the alternative locations. ・On the SUP tour, small children may be required to ride with an adult. In that case, the child will be charged the same rate. ・The tour will proceed even in the rain, but may be canceled at the guide's discretion if the weather deteriorates. ・We cannot guide those who have consumed alcohol, are unwell, or have a special medical condition. Even if you are at the location on the day of the tour, we will not be able to guide you. In that case, a cancellation fee will be charged, so please be aware. ・Sea turtles are wild animals, so there is no guarantee that you will see them. Please understand this in advance. ・The tour will basically be conducted at a beach where the sea turtle sighting rate has been consistently 100%. However, due to sea conditions, the beach may be changed. In that case, we will be sure to inform you in advance and you will be asked to participate only after you have given your consent. ・There will be no boat ride.

Other special notes:

• If you are making a reservation on the day, please be sure to check the message from the person in charge before heading to the meeting place. If you do not receive a message, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please be sure to check by phone. (We will contact you as soon as we can confirm, so please do not head to the meeting place until you can contact us. We may be out on a tour and have not been able to confirm your reservation.) *For safety reasons, we are very sorry, but we cannot allow participation from people with the following illnesses or pre-existing conditions. Even if you are at the location on the day, we will not be able to guide you. In that case, or if you make a reservation or report after the cancellation fee deadline, a cancellation fee will be charged, so please be careful. ・Pacemakers, heart disease ・Respiratory diseases such as asthma ・Mental illnesses such as epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorders, panic disorder ・Cardiovascular diseases ・Cerebrovascular diseases ・High blood pressure or people taking medication to lower blood pressure ・High cholesterol or people taking medication to lower cholesterol ・Diabetes ・Pregnant women (participation is possible if you are in the stable period) ・People with physical disabilities ・People who have been drinking alcohol or are hungover ・Other pre-existing conditions, fever, injury, etc. *Even if the symptoms are minor, please be sure to inform us in advance. *If you have a hearing or visual impairment, please be sure to indicate this in the remarks section. *If you weigh over 100kg for women or 120kg for men, please let us know in advance. There is no specific weight limit, but we may have to decline your participation depending on the circumstances and sea conditions on the day.
