Questions regarding reservations:

• Question 1: Please provide the age, gender, and shoe size of all participants.
• Question 2: If you wish to rent a wetsuit, please also include your height and weight (body type is also acceptable). *Please add this option. *Wearing a wetsuit is recommended from late October to the end of May, as the air temperature is warm but the water temperature is cold. (We also have sizes for infants and children.)
• Question 3: Please indicate if anyone in your group is particularly weak at swimming. *The beach where the activity takes place is shallow; adults will only be able to touch the bottom. You will also be wearing a life jacket, so you will float without any effort. Our guides also have lifebuoys available for you to hold onto, so please feel free to participate. ^_^

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• The tour will generally proceed rain or shine. However, it will be canceled in the event of thunderstorms, strong winds, or typhoons. In such cases, there will be no cancellation fee. Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation costs or other expenses if the tour is canceled.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• ・This tour is susceptible to sea conditions, so we may need to discuss changing the time. ・Depending on the meeting place, parking may be charged, and there may be no showers or changing rooms. ・Cancellations due to the meeting place are not eligible for free cancellation, so please be sure to inquire before booking if you would like to know the alternative locations. ・Children are charged the same rate. ・The tour will proceed even in the rain, but it may be canceled at the guide's discretion if the weather worsens. ・We cannot guide those who have been drinking, are feeling unwell, or have a special medical condition. We will also be unable to guide you if you are at the location on the day of the tour. In that case, or if you book or notify us after the cancellation fee deadline, a cancellation fee will be charged, so please be aware of this. ・Sea turtles are wild creatures, so there is no guarantee that you will see them. Please understand this in advance. ・The tour will basically be conducted at a beach where the sea turtle sighting rate has been consistently 100%. However, it may be changed to a different beach due to sea conditions. In that case, we will be sure to inform you in advance and you will be asked to participate only after you have given your consent. ・There will be no boat ride.

• For same-day bookings, please be sure to check the message from the person in charge before heading to the meeting place. If you do not receive a message, please call us to confirm. (We will contact you as soon as we can confirm, so please do not head to the meeting place until you can reach us. We may be out on a tour and have not been able to confirm your reservation.) *For safety reasons, we regret to inform you that we cannot allow participation from anyone with the following illnesses or pre-existing conditions. We will also be unable to guide you if you are present at the location on the day of the tour.
