- If you require a child car seat, please be sure to inform us of your child's age.
- Boarding and alighting locations are generally within Nagoya city limits. Please note that additional charges may apply for boarding and alighting locations outside of Nagoya city.
- If the service exceeds 10 hours, an additional fee will be charged. Please pay the driver directly in cash on the day of service.
- An additional late-night fee of 5,000 yen per hour is required after 8 PM, and 7,000 yen per hour after 10 PM.
- When making a reservation, please be sure to provide a contact method where we can reach you (such as WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.).

Excess charges for private charter car
If the service exceeds 10 hours, an additional fee will be charged.
An additional fee of 5,000 yen per hour is required.

Late-night surcharge (20:00-07:59)
A late-night surcharge of ¥5,000 per hour applies after 8 PM, and ¥7,000 per hour applies after 10 PM. (Based on the service end time)

Reminders
Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
If a passenger causes significant damage to the vehicle (such as vomit, foul odors, or difficulty in cleaning), a cleaning fee will be charged depending on the circumstances.
If you need to modify or change your order, please contact us at least two days before your trip. In case of emergency, please contact customer service in advance.
If the departure or arrival point is outside of Nagoya city, two hours may be deducted as empty driving time for the one-way trip.
