Pick-up/Drop-off Locations: Please refer to the route specifications in your selected package

Service Hours: Starts at 08:00 at the earliest, ends by 22:00 at the latest

Service Duration: 10 hours. Charter Route: You may refer to the suggested routes or customize an itinerary that fits within the service area and duration (please provide your route when booking for confirmation by customer service)

Child Seats: The first one is provided free of charge; additional seats incur an extra fee. Please specify the quantity in the remarks section when booking. ※This is a private charter service; the driver will not accompany guests into attractions.

Overtime service fee

If the service time exceeds 10 hours, the overtime service fee must be paid in cash on-site.

• 7 to 14 seat vehicles: 5,000 yen per hour

• 21-seater vehicle: 10,000 yen per hour

Child car seat

If you require a child seat, the first one is provided free of charge. Subsequent seats will cost JPY 2000 each. Please indicate the required number in the remarks column when booking and pay the driver on-site.

Vehicle cleaning fees

If a passenger causes serious damage to the vehicle during their journey (such as vomit, odor, or difficulty in cleaning), a cleaning fee will be charged depending on the circumstances.

Reminders

In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
