If passengers have already departed but the ship is temporarily unable to sail due to wind and waves, the company will arrange for an alternative trip of equal value.
When exploring a tribal village, it is not advisable to venture too deep into the traditional underground dwellings without a local guide, so as not to disturb the lives of the villagers.
The Lanyu plank boat experience is subject to availability and availability, depending on the tides, waves, and boat schedules. Our company does not guarantee whether boats will operate. Passengers must arrive at the designated location at the announced boat schedule. If you are unable to do so, please choose snorkeling instead.
For disabled persons and senior citizens aged 65 and above, the tour fee is the same as that for children aged 6-12 who occupy a bed.
Hotel/station/pier shuttle buses will be dispatched based on the number of participants, and the vehicle types will be (rental taxis, nine-seater vans, or medium-sized buses).

Accommodation in Lanyu does not provide disposable items such as toothpaste, toothbrush, small towels, large towels, and facial cleanser, but shampoo and shower gel are provided. Please bring your own personal items.
The ferry ticket to Lanyu Island in Taitung is a round-trip ticket. Please keep your return ticket safe. If you lose it, please purchase a return ticket on-site. We regret that we cannot reissue it.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
